Shiny Purple Wrapping Papper

Good to complete this festive meal, I made a yellow cake with a glaze to fall down. For the cake I'm a little disappointed. It is not enough sweet to my taste, and it does is not a matter of minutes of cooking because I was checking every 2-3 minutes. The taste is good, it is better to take a coffee to moisten your bite.

1 cup flour 1
c.The baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 / 3 cup prepared custard powder ½
c.The baking soda
½ cup butter ¾
cup sugar 3 eggs
¼ cup buttermilk

Melt the butter and sugar in microwave 1 minute. In mixer, beat the eggs with the baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add flour, butter and buttermilk and beat until well blended. Put in a buttered pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. This recipe is for a single cake (1 floor)

You do not have buttermilk? Add 1 c.table juice lemon or vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let stand 5 minutes.

Icing Dulce de leche
is simple, just take the dulce de leche home or business and add sugar. I am not the quantity, go ahead to the eye and taste.

NOTE The next day, the cake is dry and hard, why? I have no idea. Is it lack of butter or oil? Finally, it is advisable to eat with a sauce or a sauce.
