Bites chocolate cheesecake and caramel


I liked this recipe of appetizers, easy and quick to do. I took this recipe from Isabelle . His family are very nice ;-)

8 oz / 250g cream cheese, softened ¼ cup
(50 ml) lightly packed brown sugar ¼ cup
(50 ml) sour cream (sour cream) (i went with vanilla yogurt) 1 egg beaten

½ ; cup (125 ml) milk chocolate chips
2 / 3 cup (150 ml) Skor toffee bits, divided Whipped cream for decoration


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 ° C). Place 24 paper liners in mini muffin molds. Beat cream cheese until very smooth. Stir in brown sugar and sour cream until ingredients are well mixed. At low speed, add the egg until well blended but not too much. Add chocolate chips and 1 / 2 cup (125 mL) toffee bits. Divide the mixture into the prepared muffin cups. Cook the mixture for 15 minutes or until set.

Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate bites. Before serving the appetizers, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with remaining toffee bits. Serve cold appetizers. Before turning, make sure the bites are well cooled.
