Leek and Pear Crisp

Here is a cream made with leeks leeks Ile d'Orleans! We went there last weekend during our stay in the corner of Quebec. A good cream for those hot evenings fall.

3 large leeks sliced 3 pears
cubed
3 potatoes cubed
5 cups chicken broth 1
c.The
thyme 2 bay leaves pepper
cream to your taste

Sauté vegetables in a little oil, until the leeks soften. Add broth, thyme and bay leaves and cook for 30 minutes. Add the pears and continue cooking 30 minutes. Remove bay leaves and go to the mixer and foot in blender or food processor. Serve with a drizzle of cream.
