To accompany the chicken recipe I found in a cookbook this recipe very simple and very good. My addition is the spinach. This recipe is for 3-4 people, therefore, for the most quatities butter must be adjusted.
potatoes cut very thin
1 / 3 bag of spinach
1 / 3 of melted butter
garlic, chopped parsley
grated Parmesan cheese
Cut the potatoes on a mandolin. Chop the spinach. In a dish, put a floor of potatoes. Drizzle butter garlic, parsley and cheese. Repeat another layer and so on until finishing with potatoes. Put the chopped spinach on top and drizzle with remaining butter mixture. Put aluminum foil and bake at 425 degrees F for 30-45 minutes.
