Pain In Thigh Testicle

For Monday without meat, I found this recipe for quinoa. I love this little seed that is packed with protein, perfect for a meal without meat. Sorry for the photo This is not the best, I'm not a photographer after all! For the next Sometimes I'll put less quinoa because it makes 12 little fluffy.

1 cup quinoa (½ cup next time)
2 cups water (1)
½ cup chopped green onions 2 eggs

2 c.soupe
flour ¼ cup milk or cream to taste

mushroom broth Vegetable
cilantro to taste

Cook Quion based on the packaging in water and broth. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and add the cooked Quion. Pour into muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes at 350 ° F.
