Oh I loved to eat this meal full of good protein and vitamins! But unfortunately it has no more to everyone loll . I like more and more tofu as the versatility that the texture. So here's a stew with tofu.

1 package of firm tofu or extra firm cubed soy
assorted vegetables: celery, sweet potato, carrot, pepper
broccoli, tomatoes, zucchini, onion, garlic ... in fact all vegetables
you want.
cilantro salt & pepper

In a bowl, add tofu and soy and cilantro. Marinate for 30 minutes. Cut all your vegetables the same size. ; Pour a little olive oil in a pan and fry tofu with onion and garlic over high heat. Lower your heat to low and add the vegetables. mjoter Allow to heat until what vegetables are cooked.
