Ribs Cage aux Sports
My 2nd recipe of ribs. Personally I prefer the first , I think it's because of cooking. I prefer slow cooking at low heat. But I did not have time today cook for 3-4 hours then I found the recipe in Lexibule .
3-4 lbs pork ribs, do not cut. (I cut myself)
4 cloves garlic, crushed (put onion powder 1 c.soupe)
½ cup rice vinegar (put ¼ cup of vinegar ordinary)
1 / 3 cup hoisin sauce
1 / 3 cup ketchup
¼ cup plum sauce
VH ¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup soy sauce
my adding a few drops of liquid smoke
Boil ribs for 45 minutes. Brush the sauce over the meat and cook at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil. Baste frequently during cooking.

Oh that is worthy of a breakfast restaurant! That pig, stuffing and sweet enough .... I recommend a pancake person since my youth not eat badly, we ate only one. Ok, I was generous with the chocolate cream. I found this recipe on the site of Eagle Brand . pancake recipe is from our friend Esther . His pancakes are the best, I always had a hard time making nice thin pancake.
